So here is the details for Graduates IPCC Direct Entry Registration Form, Procedure, scheme.
IPCC Direct Entry Scheme
All the official updates of ICAI for IPCC direct entry scheme for graduates are given below. Read it carefully.
Eligibility Requirements, Provisional Registration & Transition Provisions for Fresh & Existing Students:
(A) Graduate or post graduate in commerce having secured in aggregate a minimum of fifty-five per cent. of the total marks or its equivalent grade in the examination conducted by any recognised University (including Open University) by studying any three papers of 100 marks each out of Accounting, Auditing, Mercantile Laws, Corporate Laws, Economics, Management (including Financial Management), Taxation (including Direct Tax Laws and Indirect Tax Laws), Costing, Business Administration or Management Accounting;
or
Non-Commerce Graduate or Post graduate having secured in aggregate a minimum of 60% of the total marks or its equivalent grade in the examination conducted by any recognised University (including Open University);
Explanation:
(i) for calculating the percentage of marks, the marks secured in subjects in which a person is required by the University (including Open University) to obtain only pass marks and for which no special credit is given for higher marks, shall be ignored; and
(ii) any fraction of half or more shall be rounded up to the next whole number
(B) Candidates who have passed the Intermediate examination conducted by The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICWAI) or The Institute of Company Secretary of India (ICSI).
Provisional Registration:
Students who are pursuing the Final year of Graduation / Post Graduation shall be eligible for provisional registration to the Intermediate Course (IPCC). Such students would be required to submit satisfactory proof of having passed the Graduation /Post Graduation examination with the specified percentage of marks, within such period not exceeding six months as may be decided by the Council, from the date of commencement of the final year graduation examination. During the period of provisional registration, a student can undergo and complete ITT or Computer Training and Orientation Programme. It is clarified that in such a case, the articled training can be commenced only on passing graduation/ post graduation with specified percentage of marks and completion of ITT or Computer Training and Orientation Programme.
If such students fail to produce the proof within the aforesaid period, the provisional registration shall be cancelled and the registration fee or the tuition fee, as the case may be, shall not be refunded and no credit shall be given for the theoretical education undergone.

On 1st August 2012, The Government has approved this rule of CPT exemption for the graduate students.
IPCC Direct Entry Registration Form & Fees
The ICAI has implemented new IPCC direct entry schemes for graduates who are exempted CA CPT exams. They will be able to get direct entry in Intermediate – IPCC Course Under direct entry scheme.

Enclosures to be Attached:
1. Demand Draft/ Pay Order.
2. Attested copy of Graduation/ Post Graduation mark sheet or Intermeidate examination pass marks statement of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India / Institute of Company Secretary of India attested by a CA / Gazzeted officer/ College Principal.
3. SSC/10th Standard Certificate as a proof of indicating Date of Birth.
4. For provisional registration, copy of certificate obtained from college as a proof for pursuing final year graduation / post graduation.
5. Attested copy of Certificate of SC/ST/OBC/Differently abled person.

Yes, ofcourse you can do CA, its nothing like poor or rich in education, if you have caliber and trust in your self and are ready to do the hard work then CA is for yours. You can register with ICAI for IPCC, it will just cost you around 8,000 to 10,000 one time registration fees. If you go with classes then they may charge around 30,000. But its not necessary, you can go with self study and crack the CA exams easily if you are ready to do the hard work.

I need to get clarification that ca-ipcc registration and ca-ipcc examination requires around 9 months. This rule is also applicable for graduates. i passed cpt in 2011 but due to some reasons that iam not able to write ca inter but my graduation is completed in 2013. if i register for ca inter in july 2014 i can able to write exams on november 2014 on graduate basis instead of ca-cpt.
